What are cookies?
To improve the comfort of visitors and users of our website and to perform other tasks, we use cookie technology (“cookies”). Cookies are tiny files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website that uses this technology. Among other things, cookies allow the website operator to distinguish you from other visitors and users of its website.
What cookies are used for
Cookies may be used in particular for the following purposes:
- storing the choices (or selections) made by visitors and users of the website, such as the choice of language or region (“functional cookies”),
- collecting information about how visitors and users use the website, such as which pages are visited most often; these cookies are used mainly to improve the functionality of future versions of the website (“analytics cookies”),
- advertising and marketing purposes; these cookies are used mainly to provide a personal (or personalized) approach to advertising and marketing, primarily to show relevant ads (“marketing cookies”).

Cookies of recommendation boxes on our clients' e‑shops
Recommendation boxes are shown on our clients' e‑shops. To select products based on a customer's behaviour, they set two cookies. Consent to their use is handled by the e‑shop operator's cookie banner.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
uid | Anonymous session identifier for the .customize.cz domain (Secure, SameSite=None). Links viewed products, clicks and orders within one visit. | 14 days |
cm-user | Customer identifier for the given e‑shop. Used to personalize recommendations. | Until the browser is closed |
The Privacy policy describes which data relates to these cookies and how we process it. Technical integration details are on the For developers page. If you block the uid and cm-user cookies, recommendations will not be based on your behaviour; you can change your consent on an e‑shop in its cookie banner.
Deleting and controlling cookies on your device
If you do not agree with the use of cookies, you can block them in the settings of your web browser or other software (i.e. set your browser or other software to block, or not allow, the use of cookie technology).
You can change your cookie consent on this website at any time:
Please note, however, that by blocking cookies you may (for technical reasons) restrict or prevent access to some websites, their features or parts (sections), or restrict or prevent some of the functions they normally provide – for example, submitting the contact form.
