How it works
Transaction feed
You provide a transaction feed: order history with a hashed customer identifier.
Feed type
Together we choose the feed type. We generate e‑mailing feeds once a day.
Feed delivery
Your tool downloads the feed from a URL with an API key, or we upload it to SFTP (e.g. Targito).
E‑mail template
In the e‑mail template, items from the feed are inserted in place of products, matched by customer ID.
What personalized e‑mail needs

The feed formats are described on the For developers page. The same products and logics also power the recommendation boxes on your site; the selection principle is explained in How it works. Variants of e‑mail feeds can be compared with A/B testing.
